I graduated from the University of Redlands in Southern California with a major in International Business and a Studio Art minor with an emphasis on photography. I ran the college darkroom for 4 years and that foundation continues to shape how I approach photography, branding, editing, and relationships.
My approach to business is deeply shaped by yoga. With over 2,500 hours of formal yoga training, yoga has become my philosophy for life and for business. Syncing up breathe with movement. Yoga has taught me to slow down, treat people well and to take care of my own mind body and soul. I always say, we can only serve others if we have filled up our own cup. In a world full of burnout, it’s important to find balance.
I truly believe we all have a purpose here on this earth, and I love to help others find that purpose, know their values and create a brand in alignment.
Entrepreneurship runs deep in my family. My grandparents built multiple businesses from the ground up. I grew up learning what it takes to create something lasting, operating with integrity, adaptability, and long-term vision. It’s truly in my blood.
